
Collisional Nonequilibrium (CINe) and Equilirbium (CIE) tables of Z=0.1 Zsol gas indexed by temperature. Nonequilbrium effects generally do not set in until T<10^{6} K. Included are electron densities, mean molecular weights, cooling times, Lambda_{net}, and ion fractions. Cooling times assume n_{H}=10^{4} cm^{3}, and scale inversely with density. Both CINe isochoric and isobaric cases are available, as is the CIE case. Our method loses accuracy for the CIE cases at T<10^{4} K. Table units are as follows: temperature (T) Kelvin, hydrogen number density (nh) cm^{3}, cooling time (tcool) yr, cooling efficiencies (Lambdanet) erg cm^{3} s^{1} where the total cooling rate, Lambdanet, is divided by n_{H}^{2}.
